Karin and Myriam are going to Melbourne for the long weekend, so I'll be living alone downstairs for a few days. Karin will then travel to New Zealand to meet up with her fiance before returning home to Austria.

Upstairs, Jared (the guy who is subletting the apartments to us) is setting up another room here the first living area use to be. So we'll have another flatmate soon! We've already seen a few potential renters inspect the property, so obviously, the rental market is still hot in this part of town.
